Shipping

We offer a number of different shipping solutions to multiple countries. As we are based in Shanghai, China, all shipping costs are calculated as leaving from China. All shipping will have a tracking number available. All shipping on the store is done by air shipment. If your quantity is larger than normal, you can contact us directly to see if you can qualify for sea shipment.

Americas: Canada, Mexico, Brazil (*USA-Suspended)

Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey

Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman

Asia: China, Japan, Korea, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

North Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia

* Shipments to the USA have been suspended because of the Tariff instability. It will become available once the tariff issue has stabilized.

 

Customs and Duties

All our products are priced with the best we can offer and the lowest shipping cost. We offer these costs as DAP. Taxes and Duties(Tariffs) are standard practice in most countries. However each country has their own rates depending on HS codes and can change periodically and frequently. When purchasing you should be aware of your taxes and duties for the country you're importing into.

• We will take responsibility for shipping cost to your delivery address as part of the payment.
• We will NOT pay your countries import tax / VAT / Duties / Tariffs. In most situations the shipping company will contact you when your delivery arrives in country, and you will be required to pay your countries customs fees to the delivery company.
