We shipping to multiple countries, see the list below. As we are based in Shanghai, China, all shipping costs are calculated as leaving from China to your destination. Your shipping quote will be for air shipment. All shipping has tracking numbers. 

Contact us for more information if;
- Your quantity is large, and you need sea shipment.
- If your country is not on the list, we my still be able to ship.

Customs: Taxes and  Duties

All our products are quoted with the best price we can offer with the lowest shipping cost. We offer these costs as DAP, meaning we will pay for shipment to your door but not pay any custom clearance, duties and taxes.

Duties and Taxes (Tariffs) are standard practice in most countries. However each country has their own rates depending on HS codes and can change frequently. 

1. We will arrange shipping to your door with the logistics company as part of the shipment cost.
2. When the product arrives in your country, the logistics company will contact you and let you know how much duty to pay. You pay the logistics company and they pay customs.
   
3. Customs will release your product and the logistics company will complete delivery to your door.

All products are in stock at all times. Different types of items will take longer to prepare and customize if required.
